Camp Information
New Pitchers: This camp is for girls who have never had lessons or are brand new to pitching. (Less than 6 months of lessons) We will cover the basic mechanics of pitching the fastball including: arm circle and whip, stability, internal rotation, timing, etc. You MUST bring someone to catch you!
All you need is you, a catcher, something to drink and a glove!
Beginner Pitching: This camp is perfect for girls who have had less than 2 years of lesson experience. We will cover the basic mechanics of pitching the fastball including: arm circle and whip, stability, internal rotation, timing, etc. We will also cover the changeup. You MUST bring someone to catch you!

Advanced Pitching: This camp is for girls who have had 2 or more years of consistent lessons. You must have the mechanics of the fastball and changeup mastered. We will cover, curve, drop, rise, offspeed and screwball. You MUST bring someone to catch you!
All you need is you, a catcher, something to drink and a glove!
All Skills: This camp is perfect for all players looking to sharpen their skills. We will go over: infield footwork, infield glove work, throwing mechanics, sliding, diving, outfield footwork, outfield throwing mechanics, bunting, hitting, base running, and lead offs.
You will need: Glove, helmet, bat, something to drink, face mask (if wear one)

Regardless of school sports schedules, making All-Star or travel teams, family circumstances, injury or sickness, it is important that you understand this policy.
