Furrey Fastpitch was established in 2009 with the dream of helping pitchers reach their goals of making it to the most elite levels of the game. My mission is "to empower and develop passionate female leaders through the game of softball who will inspire others and create a better world for all."

I teach my athletes the safest and most effective way to pitch. My students are taught internal rotation mechanics, which is the same mechanics all the best pitchers in the world use. Being involved with the sport for over twenty years, from player, to umpire, to coach, has taught me how to break down the mechanics of softball for young players. I also work with some of the very best pitching coaches in the world on a daily basis to ensure your athlete receives the best and most up to date information. However, my strongest skill is the ability to build your athlete's confidence.

Meet the Coach
Gina Furrey
After 15 years of playing, I began coaching the sport I love. I played the highest level of travel softball and continued on to college ball at Saint Mary-of the-Woods College in Indiana. After moving to Nashville in 2014, I began making plans to coach and operate my own business. Thus, Furrey Fastpitch was created.

Graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Psychology. I also have minors in nutrition and health and human performance.
Currently in a masters program for mental clinical health counseling.

4 year varsity letter winner, 4 time all conference team, 4 time lowest ERA, 3 time highest batting average, Former National Pitcher for the Orlando Vice
